Sometimes, we have a brilliant idea but we must learn to capture it or communicate it to the design team.

The Future of Personalized Solutions

If I could invent a marketing tool, it would be a personalized “Ana Bot” that would support me in creative processes, especially when I don’t know where to start. This bot would not only exchange ideas with me but also follow the same line of thought and strategy that I already have established.

A bot that accumulates my knowledge and experience and is capable of understanding me on an individual level would be a game changer. It would be like having a version of myself that can be present in two places at the same time, implementing not only what artificial intelligence suggests but also what I have learned throughout my career.

Overcoming Technological Challenges in Marketing: Adaptation and Succes

One of the biggest technological challenges, has been adapting to the multiple tools we use for customer service and marketing automation. At first, writing a blog was enough, but now, that blog must be connected with posts on LinkedIn and other social networks, and all of this must be handled efficiently.

Using CRM to create automated workflows has been another challenge. We had to learn how to use these tools optimally, doing various tests until we achieved a configuration that would allow us to save time and significantly improve customer service. This adaptation process has been complex but essential to improve the efficiency and quality of our work.

In the next five years, we will see a considerable advance in technology that transforms sales into immersive experiences. We are already seeing the beginning of intelligent viewers that allow us to interact with the world in new and exciting ways. As this technology becomes more accessible and widely adopted, marketing will become a personal experience for each customer.
